White Clouds in the Blue Sky
for the Anti-epidemic Medical Staff

I rip off a piece of white cloud from the blue sky,
Fold it into a paper crane
And fly it high…
You headed north that day,
Hurried and worried;
You threw me a kiss,
Which is still in my mind.
When departing, your mask failed many a word,
But I read your mind…
As we all knew, danger lied ahead.
Your smile was alight with hope and confidence
And your hands
Could bring people back to life.
Your gesture with a “V for Victory” sign
Was the love of life,
A message of Spring.
You walked in light steps like an angel;
Your strong faith gave your courage
To battle with death unremittingly.
In a flash
Time flies, saying farewell to the white clouds,
But I’ll rip off another piece and make you a new gown.
Let our mind act upon mind, hand in hand, stepping into the paradise.
艺术家简介
东方朔南（付加成）读诗的人，写诗的人，诗情画意中人。
自70年代起系辽宁省业余作者（在册），诗文偶见于《工人日报》、
《辽宁经济报》丶《当代工人》等报刊。历任大中企业《简报》主编。
现任中诗论坛（中国诗歌网）编辑。
陈赛花，广东翻译协会会员，中大访问学者。获深圳市散文创作优秀奖（2000）；
第二届中华文化国际翻译大赛三等奖（2018）、第八届中外诗歌散文大赛一等奖（2021）；
2021年“三亚杯”全国文学大赛金奖。诗歌创作与翻译80首，发表在中诗网、诗殿堂、
TranslatingChina等，作品收入《阳光岁月》、《诗殿堂》、《2019中国年度优秀诗歌选》、
《世界抗疫诗精选》、《世界华人诗歌精选》和《世界华语乡愁诗精选》等。合著《商务
英语翻译与教学研究》。主持广东省哲学社科1项，参与广州市厅级1项。
